摘要
随着政治经济的快速发展,科研成果大量涌现。科研实验中存在的安全隐患越发引起人们的关注。科研工作的有序、安全运行必须有系统、科学、完善的实验室管理制度配合。多数高校的安全管理办法实施过程仍存在障碍。文章基于高校实验室的管理现状,分析安全整改实施过程中存在的障碍与矛盾,以各级人员思想意识一致性为根本,思考跨越障碍、达成融合目标的举措,为各级部门与师生更高效地做好实验室安全管理工作提供参考。
With the rapid development of politics and economy,a large number of scientific research achievements have emerged.The potential safety hazards in the scientific research and experiment have attracted more and more attention.The frequent occurrence of laboratory safety accidents in colleges and universities is closely related to the factors such as the inaction of relevant departments in management and supervision,the lack of attention paid by implementers in ideology,and the poor self-protection awareness of researchers.The orderly and safe operation of scientific research must be supported by a systematic,scientific and perfect laboratory management system.Most universities have established corresponding laboratory safety management systems,but there are still obstacles in the implementation of safety management measures.For example,the deviation between thought and consciousness,the difference between time and energy,and the contradiction between system and practice.To solve the obstacles,it is necessary to enhance the ideological understanding,strengthen the construction of the security team,and adopt the appropriate management education model.According to the current situation of laboratory management in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the obstacles and contradictions existing in the process of safety rectification and implementation,and considers the measures to overcome obstacles and achieve integration,so as to provide a reference for departments at all levels and teachers and students to do a more efficient job in laboratory safety management.
