摘要
共同富裕是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,也是中国式现代化的本质要求。习近平共同富裕思想的科学内涵是实现国家整体富裕和国民个体富裕的双重富裕,这种双重富裕体现了效率与公平的高度平衡。在实践中,可用国内生产总值和国民个体收入的双重增长来加以衡量。逐步实现共同富裕,必须发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,构建更高水平的对外开放格局,以推进国家的整体富裕,同时要切实重视初次分配中的增收作用和分配体系中的调节作用,以提升国民的个体富裕。唯有如此,才能不断推进共同富裕的实践进程。
Common prosperity is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era and is also the essential requirement of Chinese modernization.The scientific connotation of Xi Jinping’s common prosperity is to achieve both national prosperity and personal prosperity,which reflects the high balance of efficiency and fairness.In practice,it can be measured by the growth of GDP and personal income to show the double affluence.To achieve common prosperity:we must give effective play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources and build a higher level of opening up to the outside world to promote China’s prosperity;Pay more attention to the income increasing function of the primary distribution and the regulating function of the distribution system in order to enhance the individual prosperity of the people.Only by implementing the above measures can the process of common prosperity be further advanced.
