摘要
在振兴教师教育的背景下,如何发挥技术优势以充分赋能师范生专业能力养成,成为亟待探讨的关键问题。而双师教学为破解当前师范教育中学生实践能力弱、课堂教学模式固化等现实问题提供了条件。基于此,文章首先梳理了双师教学的发展脉络与研究现状,然后基于共同体理论构建了融合线下教师和线上教师优势的[1+N]T双师教学模式,最后以教育硕士专业必修课程“化学教学设计与实施”为例开展了为期9周的教学创新实践研究。研究结果表明,[1+N]T双师教学模式具有很强的可操作性,可以帮助学生牢固掌握理论知识、有效提高教学技能且具有良好的学习体验。文章通过研究双师教学模式,期望能为师范院校教学改革与创新提供一定的借鉴和指导。
Under the context of revitalizing teacher education,how to leverage technological advantages to fully to enable normal university students to develop professional abilities has becone a key issue to be explored urgently.The dual-teacher teaching provides conditions for solving practical problems such as students’weak practical abilities and solidified classroom teaching models in current normal education.Based on this,this paper firstly reviewed the development context and research status of dual-teacher teaching.Secondly,a[1+N]T dual-teacher teaching model that integrated the advantages of offline and online teachers was constructed based on community theory,Finally,taking a compulsory course of“Chemistry Instructional Design and Implementation”for the Education Master as an example,this paper carried out a 9-week teaching innovation practice research.The research results indicate that the[1+N]T double-teacher teaching model has strong operability,helped students firmly grasp theoretical knowledge,effectively improve teaching skills,and had good learning experience.Through research,it was expected in this paper to provide reference and guidance for the teaching reform and innovation in normal universities.
