摘要
本文旨在探讨陈林兴教授在中医妇科临证中巧用胶艾汤、肾气丸、温经汤、桂枝茯苓丸、酸枣仁汤合甘麦大枣汤、当归芍药散、干姜人参半夏丸、黄芪桂枝五物汤等经方的治疗经验。陈教授经过长期的临床实践认为,只要准确辨病、辨证、辨症,因是病、是证、是症而用是方,就能充分发挥经方优势,取得显著临床疗效,真正体现经方治病的真谛。
The paper explores Professor Chen Linxing's experience in treating gynecological diseases with classical Chinese medicine prescriptions such as Jiao'ai Decoction,Shenqi Pills,Wenjing Decoction,Guizhi Fuling Pills,Suanzaoren Decoction plus Ganmai Dazao Decoction,Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Ganjiang Renshen Banxia Pills,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.With a long period of clinical practice,Professor Chen believes that as long as the disease differentiation,symptom differentiation,and syndrome differentiation are accurate,the classical Chinese medicine prescriptions can fully play their roles and demonstrate definite therapeutic effects,embodying the essence in treating diseases.
