摘要
本文主要从气机升降角度论述了甲状腺结节、乳腺增生、卵巢囊肿的病因病机及辨证治疗经验。甲状腺结节、乳腺增生及卵巢囊肿三病共同病因病机均为情志失调,肝郁气滞,津液、气血运行受阻,日久痰瘀互结于肝经循行处形成结节。随着社会不断发展,人们生活及工作压力的日益增大,饮食结构、生存环境的改变导致此类疾病的发病率日益增高。针对此类疾病,吾师马建教授总结其30余年的经验将三者之病因主要归结于气机升降失常之肝郁气滞、血瘀痰阻及痰湿停滞。治疗时主要从疏肝理气调畅气机、化瘀活血补血、健脾除湿入手,实现人体气血运行及气机升降调和,气血痰湿运行通畅,以达到异病同治的目的。
This article elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid nodules,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and ovarian cysts and summarizes the experience in treating the diseases based on the syndrome differentiation of qi movement.The common etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid nodules,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and ovarian cysts are emotional disorders,liver depression and qi stagnation,obstruction of fluid,qi,and blood movement.The long-term accumulation of phlegm and stasis leads to the generation of nodules in the circulation of liver meridian.As people's living and working pressures are increasingly heavy,the changes of diet structure and living environment increase the incidence of such diseases.Professor Ma Jian summed up his 30-year clinical experience and attributed the causes of the three diseases to liver depression and qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction,and phlegm-dampness caused by abnormal qi movement.Accordingly,the treatment should focus on soothing liver and regulating qi movement,removing stasis and activating and tonifying blood,invigorating spleen and removing dampness,so as to restore qi and blood movement and achieve the purpose of treating different diseases at the same time.
