摘要
目的分析在老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中用恩格列净联合胰岛素强化治疗对血糖控制、胰岛素用量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月浦城县中医医院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(恩格列净联合胰岛素强化治疗,50例)和对照组(常规胰岛素治疗,50例),对比分析两组分别治疗后血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、临床症状改善时间(包括多饮、多食、多尿、消瘦、乏力)、胰岛素用量与血糖达标时间。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者患者胰岛素用量更少,血糖水平明显更低,临床症状改善时间及血糖达标时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者应用恩格列净联合胰岛素强化治疗,能稳定血糖状态,同时还能改善高血糖状态引起的多种临床症状,对缩短治疗时间、减少胰岛素用量有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of engegliptin combined with intensive insulin therapy on blood glucose control and insulin dosage in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Pucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases with intensive insulin treatment)and the control group(50 cases with conventional insulin treatment).Comparative analysis of blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)time for improvement of clinical symptoms(including excessive drinking,overeating,polyuria,emaciation,and fatigue),insulin dosage,and time for reaching blood glucose standards between two groups after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group used less insulin,had significantly lower blood glucose levels,and had shorter time to improve clinical symptoms and meet blood glucose standards,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Engliptin combined with intensive insulin treatment can stabilize the blood sugar state and improve various clinical symptoms caused by hyperglycemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.It plays an important role in shortening the treatment time and reducing the amount of insulin.
