摘要
目的探究糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用硫辛酸联合依帕司他的价值。方法选取2019年7月—2022年7月在六盘水市人民医院确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的患者90例作为研究对象,应用硬币随机分组法将其均分为对照组与研究组。对照组患者予单用硫辛酸治疗周围神经病变,研究组患者给予硫辛酸联合依帕司他,探究两种治疗方式对于患者病情改善的应用价值。结果研究组患者血脂水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者感觉神经传导速度和运动神经传导速度相较于对照组更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变患者在接受治疗过程中应用硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗方案有助于患者病情改善,可改善患者神经病变运动状态以及感觉神经传导速度。
Objective To investigate the value of lipoic acid combined with epalrestat in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 90 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy diagnosed in Liupanshui People′s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were equally divided into the control group and the study group by the coin random grouping method.Patients in the control group were treated with lipoic acid alone,while patients in the research group were treated with lipoic acid combined with eparastatin,to explore the application value of the two treatment methods for the improvement of patients′condition.Results The blood lipid levels of patients in the study group was better,than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor conduction velocity in patients in the study group were faster than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy should be treated with a combination of lipoic acid and epalrestat to improve their neurological status and sensory nerve conduction velocity.
