摘要
基于肝-大肠-脑相通理论,探讨大黄煎剂治疗肝性脑病的机制,以及煎药剂量、时间、温度的选择,灌肠时间、方式、药物加减的选择,为临床工作提供参考。
On the foundation of the theory of liver-large intestine-brain connections,the paper discusses the mechanism of treating hepatic encephalopathy(HE)by Dahuang decoction,the selection of decoction dose,time and temperature,enema time,approach and drug modification,in order to provide the reference for clinical work.
