摘要
目的总结格林-巴利综合症患者机械通气的护理方法以及体会.方法选取天津市环湖医院神经内科2020年6月-2022年8月收治的格林-巴利综合症(GBS)患者53例作为研究对象,治疗过程中密切进行观察与护理配合,总结护理方法以及护理体会.结果干预后,患者的CSS评分明显下降,Barthel指数评分明显上升,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,所有患者APACHEⅡ评分低于干预前,MRC评分高于干预前,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症的发生率为3.77%(2例).结论GBS患者机械通气的临床实践表明,心理疏导、呼吸机动态监测、呼吸道加湿、掌握吸痰时机与吸痰方法、吸氧方法指导等护理方法可以有效解决由于呼吸机操作不当造成的各种并发症,提高了机械通气的治疗和护理质量,使其神经功能、肌力、生活能力得到明显改善,并能有效降低并发症的发生率.
Objective To summarize the nursing methods and experiences of mechanical ventilation for patients with Guillain-Barrésyndrome diseases.Methods a total of 53 patients with GBS were selected from the Department of Neurology of our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022.All the patients received close observation and nursing during the Guillain-Barrésyndrome of treatment,sum up the nursing methods and nursing experience.Results Afer the intervention,the CSS scores of the patients were significantly decreased,and the Barthel index scores were significantly increased(P<0.05),and APACHEⅡscores were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),the MRC score was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the complication rate was 3.77%(2 cases).Conclusion The clinical practice of mechanical ventilation in GBS patients shows that the nursing methods include psychological dredging,dynamic monitoring of respirator,humidification of respiratory tract,time and method of sputum aspiration,guidance of oxygen inhalation,etc.can effectively solve all kinds of complications caused by improper operation of respirator,improve the treatment and nursing quality of mechanical ventilation,and improve obviously its nerve function,muscle strength and living ability,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
