摘要
目的探究儿童及青少年CT检查中非目标部位放射防护的有效性。方法回顾性选取2019年2月至2022年2月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队大连康复疗养中心接受CT检查的120例患儿作为研究对象,按照是否防护原则分为防护组(60例)、非防护组(60例)。比较两组的非目标部位接受辐射剂量。结果检查所用辐射剂量越大,距离目标区域越近,敏感器官或组织接受的辐射量越大。防护组非目标部位接受辐射剂量低于非防护组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论通过在儿童及青少年CT检查中进行非目标部位防护,能够使患儿接受的辐射剂量减少,还能够使辐射损伤发生率降低,保障患儿的健康和安全,值得研究和推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of radiation protection for non-target sites in children and adolescents in CT examination.Methods A total of 120 patients who received CT examination in Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center of the Joint Service Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from February 2019 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected as research objects,and divided into protection group(60 cases)and non-protection group(60 cases)according to the principle of protection or not.The non-target sites received radiation doses in the two groups were compared.Results The greater the radiation dose used for the examination,the closer to the target area,and the greater the radiation dose received by the sensitive organs or tissues.The radiation dose received by the non-target part of the protection group was lower than that of the non-protection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Non-target site protection in CT examination of children and adolescents can reduce the radiation dose received by patients,reduce the incidence of radiation injury,and ensure the health and safety of children,which is worthy of research and promotion.
