摘要
目的:研究多模式镇痛在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期加速康复中的作用。方法:选取2019年8月至2021年8月来郑州大学附属郑州中心医院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术60例患者作为研究对象,开展回顾性分析,实施常规镇痛护理干预的28例患者为对照组,采用多模式镇痛护理的32例为观察组。比较两组患者围术期指标情况,包括排便时间、进食时间、排气时间等指标,同时比较术前、术后12 h、术后24 h、术后72 h两组患者VAS评分和SF-36评分。结果:观察组排气时间(17.38±3.68)h、进食时间(7.14±2.03)h、住院时间(3.39±1.58)d低于对照组〔(19.87±4.35)h,(8.69±2.23)h,(4.68±1.68)d〕,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后24 h、术后72 h各时点的两组VAS评分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后24 h、术后72 h各时点的两组SF-36评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施多模式镇痛干预护理,可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻患者疼痛,提升患者的生活眠质量,促进患者康复。
Objective To study the effect of multimodal analgesia in perioperative accelerated rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.A retrospective analysis was carried out.Twenty-eight patients receiving routine analgesic nursing intervention were selected as the control group,and 32 patients receiving multi-mode analgesic nursing were selected as the observation group.Perioperative indexes,including defecation time,eating time and exhaust time,were compared between the two groups.VAS scores and SF-36 scores were compared between the two groups before surgery,12 hours after surgery,24 hours after surgery and 72 hours after surgery.Results The exhaust time〔(17.38±3.68)hours〕,the eating time〔(7.14±2.03)hours〕and the hospitalization time〔(3.39±1.58)days〕in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group〔(19.87±4.35)hours,(8.69±2.23)hours,(4.68±1.68)days〕,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were differences in the VAS scores between the observation group and the control group at 24 hours and 72 hours after operation(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SF-36 scores 24 hours and 72 hours after operation between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-mode analgesic intervention nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life and sleep of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
