摘要
目的观察益心舒片联合黛力新治疗糖尿病合并抑郁的疗效。方法收集2020年1—12月就诊于北京市东城区天坛社区卫生服务中心的56例糖尿病合并抑郁患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予益心舒片+黛力新,对照组给予黛力新治疗,疗程8周。比较2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁评分、SF-36评分和糖化血红蛋白水平的变化。结果治疗后8周,观察组治疗有效率为82.14%,对照组治疗有效率为57.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组汉密尔顿抑郁评分和SF-36评分较对照组明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组糖化血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗期间的药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益心舒片联合黛力新治疗糖尿病合并抑郁较单药黛力新效果更好。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Yixinshu tablets combined with Deanxit on diabetic depression.Methods From January to December 2020,56 patients with diabetic depression from our center were enrolled in this research.They were divided randomly into two groups:study group and control group.Study group was given Yixinshu tablets+Deanxit,and control group was given Deanxit,both for 8 weeks to evaluate the changes of Hamilton depression scores,SF-36 scores and HbA1c.Results The effective rate was 82.14%in study group and 57.14%in control group,and significant statistical differences was found between two groups(P<0.05).After 8 weeks’treatment,Hamilton depression scores and SF-36 scores in study group apparently improved compared to that in control group with significant statistical differences(P<0.05),while no statistical significance was found in HbA1c level between two groups(P>0.05).The difference of drugs’side effects between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Yixinshu tablets combined with Deanxit are more effective on diabetic depression than Deanxit only.
