摘要
化工企业经营管理是化工企业整体经营管理的重要组成部分,它直接关系到企业的盈利能力、市场地位和可持续发展。目前,全国各行各业之间的竞争也日趋激烈,化工行业作为中国重要的基础性行业,也面临着巨大的市场竞争压力。为了提高化工企业市场竞争力,应进一步提高化工企业经营管理水平。文章首先明确加强化工企业经营管理的重要性,其次分析化工企业经营管理中存在的问题,最后针对化工企业经营管理中存在的问题提出针对性的解决措施,以提高化工企业经营管理水平。
The operation and management of chemical enterprises is an important part of the whole operation and management of chemical enterprises,which is directly related to the profitability,market position and sustainable development of enterprises.At present,the competition among all walks of life in China is becoming increasingly fierce.The chemical industry,as an important basic industry in China,is also facing enormous pressure of market competition.In order to improve the market competitiveness of chemical enterprises,we should further improve the management level of chemical enterprises.This paper first makes clear the importance of strengthening the management of chemical enterprises,then analyzes the problems existing in the management of chemical enterprises,and finally puts forward targeted solutions to the problems existing in the management of chemical enterprises,in order to improve the management level of chemical enterprises.
