摘要
为提高网球发球机速度控制效果,设计基于视频技术的网球发球机速度自动化控制系统。该系统利用上位机内的移动终端启动操作界面管理程序和按键指令编码程序后,依据蓝牙串口通信协议将用户视频采集、速度控制等指令发送到人机交互接口内;人机交互接口连接下位机内的蓝牙串口通信协议,通过该协议连接DSP微型处理器,其收到用户视频采集、速度控制指令后,启动实时视频高速采集模块,利用该模块采集网球发球机发球视频图像,并将该图像反向传输到DSP微型处理器内,该处理器将采集到的网球发球机发球视频突出传输到发球机速度自动控制模块内,该控制模块将视频技术和PID控制器相结合,以提高网球发球机速度控制效果。通过基于视频技术的网球发球机速度自动化控制算法获得速度控制量后,再利用PID控制器将其传输给网球发球机调节发球速度直流电机内,实现网球发球机速度自动化控制。实验结果表明:该系统具备较好兼容性的同时,其采集网球发球机发球视频较为迅速,可有效得到网球运动时序图像,并精准控制网球发球机速度,应用效果较佳。
In order to improve the speed control effect of tennis serve machine,an automatic speed control system for tennis serve machine based on video technology is designed.The system uses the mobile terminal in the upper computer to start the operation interface management program and key command encoding program,and then sends user video capture,speed control,and other instructions to the human-computer interaction interface according to the Bluetooth serial communication protocol;The human-computer interaction interface connects the Bluetooth serial communication protocol in the lower computer.Through this protocol,a DSP microprocessor is connected.After receiving user video acquisition and speed control instructions,the DSP microprocessor starts a real-time video high-speed acquisition module,uses this module to collect a video image of the tennis ball serving machine,and reversely transmits the image to the DSP microprocessor,The processor prominently transmits the collected tennis server serving video to the server speed automatic control module,which combines video technology and PID controllers to improve the speed control effect of the tennis server.After obtaining the speed control amount through the automatic speed control algorithm of the tennis server based on video technology,a PID controller is used to transmit it to the tennis server to adjust the speed of the serving DC motor,achieving automatic speed control of the tennis server.The experimental results show that the system has good compatibility,and at the same time,it can collect tennis serve video more quickly,effectively obtain tennis motion timing images,and accurately control the speed of the tennis serve machine.The application effect is better.
