摘要
以“武商梦时代”商业体视觉导向系统为研究内容,分析存在的问题及设计优化方向。以视觉引导、环境认知、服务设计、用户旅程、符号学、认知心理学为理论支撑,设计采用实体与电子导视结合的形式,融入智能导视系统和多媒体导视系统,增加消费者在商场内部的参与感以及信息的高识别度,利用现代科技成果和视觉引导,给消费者带来更多信息。旨在探讨大型复合商业综合体将如何衍生发展,为使用该空间的消费者提供更便捷、科学、有温度的商业环境,使导视系统更具设计性、艺术性和人性化。
Taking the“Wushang dream era”commercial body visual guidance system as the research content,the existing problems and the design optimization direction are analyzed.With visual guidance,the environment cognition,service design,user journey,semiotics,cognitive psychology as theoretical support,the design adopts the form of entity and electronic visual,into the intelligent visual system and multimedia visual system,increase consumers within the mall engagement and high recognition of information,using modern scientific and technological achievements and visual guidance bring more information to consumers.The aim is to explore how the large composite commercial complex will develop,provide a more convenient,scientific and warm business environment for consumers who use the space,and make the guide system more designed,artistic and humanized.
