摘要
健康建筑是绿色建筑深层次的发展需求,养老产业是未来社会的发展方向,将健康建筑的设计理念融入适老住宅的设计中是实现可持续发展的实施路径之一。本文详细阐述了江苏省首批获得健康建筑二星级设计标识的项目——南京某住宅小区,在空气、水、舒适、健身、人文等方面采用的健康建筑技术,希望通过本文项目案例的介绍,为健康建筑在养老领域的发展提供借鉴意义。
Healthy building is echoing the deep development demand of Green Building,and the elderly care industry is the development direction of the future society.Integrating the design concept of healthy building into the design of housing for the elderly care is one of the implementation paths to achieve sustainable development.This paper expounds in detail the first batch of projects in Jiangsu Province that have obtained the two-star design mark of healthy building----a residential district in Nanjing,which adopts healthy building technology in air,water,comfort,fitness,humanities and other aspects.It is hoped through the introduction of this project case to provide reference for the development of healthy building in the field of elderly care.
