摘要
为明确不同品种枸杞对白粉病的抗性,采用田间自然鉴定法对宁夏银川市西夏区芦花台园林场枸杞种植基地和固原市原州区正杞红枸杞产业基地的不同品种枸杞开展白粉病发生情况调查。结果表明,16个品种枸杞白粉病发病率和病情指数均存在明显差异,且随调查时间推移呈上升趋势;相同品种枸杞在不同地区发病率和病情指数存在差异,但总体趋势一致。调查品种中没有免疫品种,宁杞1号、宁杞8号、宁杞9号为高抗品种;宁农科5号、宁杞5号、宁杞6号、宁杞7号、宁杞10号为中抗品种;宁杞4号、宁杞2号为中感品种;宁杞3号、宁杞菜用1号、天精3号、大叶黄、广东圆叶、广东尖叶为高感品种。
In order to clarify the resistance of different wolfberry varieties to powdery mildew,the natural field identification method was used to investigate the occurrence of powdery mildew of different wolfberry varieties in Luhuatai wolfberry planting base in Xixia District and Zhengqihong wolfberry industry base in Yuanzhou District.The results showed that there were significant differences in powdery mildew incidence and disease index among the 16 wolfberry varieties,and it showed an increasing trend with the survey schedule.The incidence and disease index of the same variety were different in different areas,but the general trend was the same.There were no immune varieties in the survey.Ningqi No.1,Ningqi No.8 and Ningqi No.9 are highly resistant varieties.Ningnongke No.5,Ningqi No.5,Ningqi No.6,Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No.10 were medium resistant varieties.Ningqi No.4 and Ningqi No.2 were medium sensitive varieties.Ningqi No.3,Ningqi Caiyong No.1,Tianjing No.3,Dayehuang,Guangdong Yuanye and Guangdong Jianye are the varieties with high sensitivity.
