摘要
为筛选适宜青海地区栽培的核桃优良品种,本研究以中林1号、晋香、温185和礼品2号1a生休眠枝条为试验材料,分别进行-20、-25、-30、-35、-40℃低温胁迫处理,以4℃处理为对照,测定不同低温胁迫下各品种的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,并运用隶属函数法对核桃各品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着胁迫温度降低,除礼品2号外,其他3种核桃品种可溶性糖含量总体呈先下降后上升再下降的变化趋势;4种核桃品种的可溶性蛋白含量、CAT、SOD和POD活性随着胁迫温度降低变化幅度存在差异。4种核桃品种综合抗寒能力由强至弱依次为晋香、礼品2号、中林1号、温185,对应的抗寒综合指数分别为0.574、0.523、0.467、0.448。综上所述,晋香和礼品2号品种综合抗寒指数较高,抗寒能力较强,可作为该地区优良的抗寒性核桃品种。
In order to select excellent Juglans regia L.varieties suitable for Qinghai,the dormant branches of Zhonglin No.1,Jinxiang,Wen 185 and Lipin No.21a are used as the experimental materials for low temperature stress treatments at-20,-25,-30,-35 and-40℃C respectively.The soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activities of the four varieties under different low temperature stresses are measured taking 4 C treatment as a control.The cold resistance of the four varieties is comprehensively evaluated using the membership function method.The results show that except Lipin No.2,the soluble sugar content of the other three varieties shows a trend of first decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing with the decrease of stress temperature;the variations in soluble protein content,CAT,SOD and POD activities among the four varieties are different with the decrease of stress temperature.The comprehensive cold resistance from strong to weak is Jinxiang,Lipin No.2,Zhonglin No.1 and Wen 185,with corresponding comprehensive cold resistance indexes of 0.574,0.523,0.467 and 0.448 respectively.In summary,Jinxiang and Lipin No.2 show strong cold resistance ability with high comprehensive cold resistance indexes,which can be used as excellent cold resistant Juglans regia L.varieties in Qinghai.
