摘要
随着经济社会的发展,高职教育的类别及规模迎来发展机遇。发展职业教育,既要强调职业技能训练,又要注重职业素养培养。学生职业素养已成为企业选人用人的聚焦点。本文以职业素养为导向,研究职业素养培养标准化体系、职业素养评价模型数据化、职业素养培育主题多元化、职业素养培育质量提升等内容,并将社会主义核心价值观融入到人才培养的全过程,实现学生职业生涯的可持续发展。
With the development of economy and society,the category and scale of higher vocational education usher in development opportunities.To develop vocational education,it should not only emphasize vocational skills training,but also pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality.The professional quality has become focal point of enterprises in recruiting.Based on professional quality,this paper takes a look into the standardization system of professional quality training,the digitalization of professional quality evaluation model,the diversification of professional quality training themes,the improvement of professional quality training;and socialist core values should be integrated into the whole process of talent training to promote students’sustainable development.
