摘要
为确定危险化学品临界量数值,以液态危险化学品为例,综合考虑其挥发性、燃烧爆炸性和毒害性,以理化参数和毒性接触限值为基础,构建危害特性综合指数;以综合指数为基础,构建液态危险化学品临界量的数学表达式;结合区间划分方案,计算所选的24种液态危险化学品的临界量数值,并将其中15种的数值与GB 18218—2018《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》中的临界量数值进行对比。研究表明:应用数学表达式计算出的临界量数值与GB 18218—2018中的数值吻合度较高。这种方法可对危险化学品的临界量数值修订有参考作用。
In order to determine the threshold quantities(TQ)of hazardous chemicals,taking liquid hazardous chemicals as an example,a synthetic index of hazard characteristics was established based on physical and chemical parameters and toxic exposure limits,considering their volatility,combustion explosive and toxicity.Then,based on this index,the mathematical expression of TQ of liquid hazardous chemicals was constructed.Finally,combined with the interval division scheme,the TQ of 24 kinds of liquid hazardous chemicals were calculated,and 15 of them were compared with the TQ in GB 18218—2018 Identification of Major Hazard Sources of Hazardous Chemicals.integrated with a proper division of the index in consideration of hierarchical management,the results show that the TQ calculated by mathematical expressions are consistent with those GB 18218—2018.This method can be used as reference for revising the critical quantity of dangerous chemicals.
