摘要
车田江大桥主桥为280 m中承式钢箱提篮拱,拱肋采用全焊钢箱结构,拱肋安装采用缆索吊装和斜拉扣挂工艺。通过介绍该桥拱肋节段悬臂拼装施工技术,如拱肋首节段采用定位支架精确定位,拱肋标准节段采用缆索吊机配合斜拉扣挂系统进行精确安装,合龙段通过持续观测、吊装姿态模拟及精确配切等技术实现了拱肋的顺利合龙,可为类似工程提供参考。
The main bridge of Chetian River Bridge is a 280 m half-through steel box basket-shaped arch.The arch rib is the full welded steel box structure.The cable hoisting and cable-stayed buckle technology is adopted for the installation of arch rib.The cantilever assembly construction technologies of the arch rib segment of the bridge are introduced,such as the accurate positioning of location bracket for the first segment of arch rib,the precise installation of cable hoister cooperated with cable-stayed buckle system for the standard segment of arc rib,and the technologies of continuous observation,hoisting posture simulation and accurate matching cutting to realize the smooth closure of arch ribs,which can provide the reference for the similar projects.
