摘要
目的 探讨优质护理干预在癫痫合并妊娠患者剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法 选取60例癫痫合并妊娠剖宫产术后患者,经系统抽样随机分为试验组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理干预措施,试验组给予优质护理干预措施,比较两组的护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 试验组的护理总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);试验组的并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理干预措施应用于癫痫合并妊娠患者剖宫产术后的效果显著,能够提高护理总满意度,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in epileptic patients with pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with epilepsy complicated with pregnancy after cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases) through systematic sampling.The control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing intervention measures.The nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group(23.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing intervention in epilepsy patients with pregnancy after cesarean section is remarkable,can improve the total satisfaction of nursing,reduce the occurrence of complications.
