摘要
目的 探讨麻醉恢复室内开展医护一体化护理对患者苏醒质量的影响。方法 选择100例患者作为研究对象,按照手术时间先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展医护一体化护理。比较两组交接时间与护理差错事件发生次数、苏醒情况、并发症发生率、疼痛评分、患者满意度。结果 观察组交接时间短于对照组,护理差错事件发生次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组苏醒时间短于对照组,意识评分和舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉苏醒期并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 手术患者在麻醉恢复室内开展医护一体化护理,能缩短手术患者苏醒时间,平稳其生命体征,减少并发症发生率,降低患者疼痛程度,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing on the quality of recovery of patients in anesthesia recovery room.Methods A total of 100 patients were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group according to the order of operation time.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out integrated nursing.The handover time was compared with the occurrence of nursing errors,recovery,complication,pain score and patient satisfaction.Results The handover time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the occurrence of nursing error events was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The awakening time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the consciousness score and comfort score were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing in the anesthesia recovery room can shorten the recovery time,stabilize the vital signs,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the degree of pain and improve the satisfaction of patients.
