摘要
农民工是我国产业工人的主体,是我国扩大中等收入群体重要的来源。本文聚焦农民工群体技术技能开发问题,首先对近年来我国在农民工技术技能开发方面的政策供给情况进行了概述;其次结合问卷调查和政策文本分析,总结了当前我国农民工群体技术技能开发总体状况及政策诉求;最后提出有关完善农民工技术技能开发制度的思路与建议。
Peasant-workers are the main parts of industrial workers and the important constitute of expanding the middle-income group in China.This paper focuses on the development of peasant-workers'skills.Firstly,the institution system and policy supply during the resent years are outlined.Secondly,with questionnaire surveys and policy text analysis,the overall situation and policy demands of the technical skills development of peasant-workers in China are combined.Finally,five suggestions for improving the technical skills development system for peasant-workers from the perspectives of talent cultivation,talent evaluation,income security,and career development are proposed.
