摘要
老年科学素质提升是老年教育的重要组成部分。老年科技大学是提升老年人科学素养、促进老年人社会参与的重要抓手,在建设社会主义现代化中有着重要的地位和作用。本文为深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神、习近平总书记关于老龄工作和老科协重要指示精神、国务院《关于全民科学素质行动规划纲要(2021-2035年)》中关于“提升老年人科学素质”的有关要求,在探索创建老年科技大学的实践基础上,结合老年教育实际,较全面总结了老年科技大学取得的典型经验,剖析了发展中存在的问题,提出了加快发展的有效途径,多措并举培养和提升老年人科学素质。
Improving the scientific literacy of the elderly is an important part of elderly education.Senior Technology University is an important tool to enhance the scientific literacy of the elderly and promote their social participation,playing a significant role and position in the construction of socialist modernization.This article,based on the practice of exploring the establishment of Senior Technology University and in combination with the actual situation of elderly education,comprehensively summarizes the typical experiences and analyzes the problems in its development,proposing effective ways to accelerate its development and promote the scientific literacy of the elderly,which is in accordance with the requirements of the in-depth implementation of 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the important instructions on aging work and the elderly science and technology workers association given by General Secretary Xi Jinping,and the"Action Plan for Improving Scientific Literacy for All People(2021-2035)"issued by the State Council,which emphasizes the improvement of the scientific literacy of the elderly.
