贵州省云关山国有林场5个种源铁皮石斛药用成分分析

摘要 为了掌握贵州产铁皮石斛主要药用成分组成,以同时期省内外的5个种源附树栽培、林下大棚栽培模式的铁皮石斛花、茎为研究材料,分析其总多糖、总黄酮、总生物碱、甘露糖的含量差异,以期为铁皮石斛的资源开发利用提供参考。结果表明:铁皮石斛花、茎中均是总多糖含量最高,其次是甘露糖、总黄酮、总生物碱;林下大棚栽培模式下花中总多糖、总黄酮、总生物碱含量高于附树栽培模式,甘露糖则相反;铁皮石斛茎中总多糖、总黄酮、甘露糖含量高于花,总生物碱含量则是花高于茎;总多糖含量以大棚栽培模式下浙江种源花中最高,总黄酮含量以附树栽培模式下安龙种源茎中最高,总生物碱含量以附树栽培模式下安龙种源花中最高,甘露糖以附树栽培模式下梵净山种源茎中最高。铁皮石斛花中药用成分也较为丰富,亦可作为药用成分物质来源,铁皮石斛不同栽培模式、不同器官在药用成分含量上均存在差异,且存在种源间的差别,在实际生产中可根据目标药用成分针对性地选择种源、栽培方式以及采集部位。 Dendrobium officinale is a perennial epiphytic herb with the ornamental and extensive medicinal effects in Southeast Asian regions.In this study,a systematic investigation was made to improve the utilization of D.officinale resources.The research materials were taken as the flowers and stems of D.officinale.Five provenances were also cultivated with those attached to the trees and under the canopy at the same time.An analysis was then performed on the contents of the total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,total alkaloids,and mannose.The results showed that the highest content of total polysaccharides was observed in the flowers and stems of D.officinale,followed by the mannose,the total flavonoids,and total alkaloids.The contents of the total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,and total alkaloids in the flowers under the canopy cultivation mode were higher than those in the accessory tree one,whereas,the content of mannose was on the contrary.The contents of the total polysaccharides,total flavonoids and mannose in the stems of D.officinale were higher than those in the flowers,while the contents of total alkaloids in the flowers were higher than those in the stems.The highest content of the total polysaccharide was measured in the flowers of Zhejiang provenance under the greenhouse cultivation mode.Furthermore,the content of the total flavonoids was the highest in the stems of Anlong provenance under the tree attached cultivation mode.The highest content of the total alkaloids was found in the flowers of Anlong provenance under the tree attached cultivation mode.Meanwhile,the highest content of mannose was in the stems of Fanjing Mountain provenance under the tree attached cultivation mode.The flowers of D.officinale were also rich in the medicinal ingredients,indicating the promising potential source of medicinal ingredients.Different cultivation modes and organs of D.officinale shared the differences in the content of medicinal ingredients.There were also some differences among provenances.The optimal cultivatio
