摘要
基于DNV-GL规范要求,对大型集装箱船B型LNG燃料舱船体结构开展舱段分析,通过屈服和屈曲强度研究,得到各典型工况下结构受力特性和高应力分布,并进行相应的局部加强。以此为基础对燃料舱结构形式作出改进,避免了原始设计单侧受力过大且受力不均的缺点,且使结构减重115.4t,燃料舱舱容增加3.85%。
Based on the requirements of DNV-GL Rules,the hull structure of type B LNG fuel tank of large container ship is analyzed.Through the research on yield and bulking strength,the stress characteristics and high stress distribution of the structure under various typical load cases are obtained,and the corresponding local strengthening is carried out.On this basis,the structural form of the fuel tank is improved to avoid the disadvantages of excessive and uneven unilateral force in the original design,and the weight of the structure is reduced by 115.4 t,and the capacity of the fuel tank is increased by 3.85%.
