铁路道床状态评估及大修决策关键技术

摘要 为了更好地进行有砟轨道大修决策,本文对国内外有砟道床的大修时机判定方法、道床状态的检测方法及合理评价指标进行分析,考虑轨道质量指数的劣化速率、道床脏污程度、线路通过总质量及轨道刚度均匀性四项因素,提出了道床状态综合评价指标——道床健康指数。结果表明:线路累计通过总质量及道床脏污率是目前道床大修时机的主要判定依据;基于探地雷达的有砟道床脏污连续检测及评估技术可为道床大修时机的判定提供重要依据,但需进一步考虑道床脏污成分的影响;轨道刚度是影响维修工作量的主要因素,可通过加载车进行连续检测,但需研究不同线路运营条件下刚度合理评价标准;道床健康指数计算结果与实际情况一致,可以用来评价道床状态。 In order to make better decisions on major repairs of ballasted tracks,this article analyzed the methods for determining the overhaul timing of ballasted track beds,detecting the state of the track beds,and evaluating reasonable indicators at home and abroad.Considering the degradation rate of track quality index,the degree of ballast bed contamination,the total mass of the line passing through,and the uniformity of track stiffness,a comprehensive evaluation index for ballast bed status was proposed,which named the track bed health index.The results indicate that the cumulative total mass of the line passing through and the rate of the ballast bed contamination are the main criteria for determining the timing of the current track bed overhaul.The continuous detection and evaluation technology of ballast bed contamination based on ground penetrating radar can provide an important basis for determining the timing of ballast bed overhaul,but further consideration needs to be given to the influence of ballast bed contamination components.Track stiffness is the main factor affecting maintenance workload,which can be continuously tested by loading vehicles.However,it is necessary to study the reasonable evaluation criteria for stiffness under different line operating conditions.The calculated results of the ballast bed health index are consistent with the actual situation and can be used to evaluate the state of the ballast bed.
