摘要
目的:探讨肠道微生态制剂对血液透析患者肠道屏障功能的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2021年12月泉州鲤城兴贤医院收治的86例血液透析患者,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(43例)、研究组(43例)。对照组患者采用基础治疗,研究组在对照组患者的基础上增加双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,两组患者均连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后的生活质量评分、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、大肠埃希菌菌群、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、D乳酸、内毒素(ET)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌水平均升高,且研究组均高于对照组;治疗后两组生活质量评分、大肠埃希菌、血清IL-1、IL-6、hs-CRP水平、血浆D-乳酸、ET、血清DAO水平较治疗前均降低,研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者应用肠道微生态制剂可以减轻机体内炎症反应和氧化应激反应,且对肠道黏膜具有保护机制,还可提升患者的肠道屏障功能和生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of intestinal microecological preparations on intestinal barrier function in hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 86 patients with hemodialysis admitted to Quanzhou Licheng Xingxian Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the study group(43 cases)according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with Live Bifidobacterium Capsules on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 2 consecutive months.The quality of life scores,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],D-lactate,endotoxin(ET),diamine oxidase(DAO)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Compared with those before treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the two groups increased after treatment,which in the study group were higher than those in the control group;after treatment,the quality of life scores,Escherichia coli,serum IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP levels,plasma D-lactic acid,ET,and serum DAO levels in the two groups decreased,those in the study group were lower than the those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intestinal microecological preparations in maintenance hemodialysis patients can reduce the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response in the body,and has a protective mechanism for the intestinal mucosa,and can also improve the intestinal barrier function and quality of life of patients.
