摘要
目的:分析实施红炉拨筋疗法干预促进阑尾炎术后患者排气排便的效果。方法:择取2021年6月—2022年10月广东省第二中医院黄埔医院100例阑尾炎术后患者,将其按照随机数表法分组,各50例。Ⅰ组实施常规护理干预,Ⅱ组在常规护理干预基础上使用红炉拨筋疗法干预,分析两组术后首次排气和排便时间、肛门排气前腹胀情况、干预前后心理情绪、护理满意度。结果:Ⅱ组术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间均早于Ⅰ组,肛门排气前腹胀发生率低于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且Ⅱ组低于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组护理总满意度高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阑尾炎手术后,红炉拨筋疗法干预可以促进患者排气排便,减少肛门排气前腹胀症状,改善心理情绪,使患者更加满意护理服务。
Objective:To analyze the promoting effect of red furnace reinforcement therapy intervention on exhaust and defecation after appendicitis operation.Method:A total of 100 cases of appendicitis operation admitted in Huangpu Hospital,the Second Middle School Hospital of Guangdong Province from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected and grouped according to the numerical random table method,with 50 cases in each group.GroupⅠreceived routine nursing intervention,while groupⅡreceived red furnace reinforcement therapy intervention based on routine nursing intervention.The first postoperative exhaust and defecation time,the abdominal distension before anal exhaust,the psychological emotion before and after the intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The time of first postoperative exhaust and first postoperative defecation in groupⅡwere earlier than those in groupⅠ,and the incidence of abdominal distension before anal exhaust was lower than that in groupⅠ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,anxiety scores and depression scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and scores of groupⅡafter intervention were also lower than those of groupⅠ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of groupⅡwas higher than that of groupⅠ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After appendicitis operation,the application of red furnace reinforcement therapy can promote exhaust defecation of patients,avoid the symptoms of abdominal distension before anal exhaust,improve psychological mood,make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
