摘要
目的 观察对高血压患者采取临床药师药学服务的应用效果。方法 102例高血压患者,随机分为对照组及实验组,每组51例。实验组通过临床药师提供药学服务干预,对照组给予常规药物干预。比较两组干预后血压达标率、不良反应发生率及干预前后的用药依从率。结果 干预前,两组患者用药依从率比较,差异无统计学无意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组患者用药依从率98.0%高于对照组的70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者血压达标率98.0%高于对照组的78.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率2.0%低于对照组的17.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对高血压患者采取临床药师药学服务的临床应用效果显著,减少了不良反应的发生,用药安全性较高,且提升了患者用药依从性,临床可积极推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists for patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 102 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 51 cases in each group.The experimental group received pharmaceutical care intervention by clinical pharmacists,and the control group received conventional drug intervention.The blood pressure compliance rate after intervention,incidence of adverse reactions and medication compliance rate before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in medication compliance rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the medication compliance rate of the experimental group was 98.0%,which was higher than that of 70.6%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of blood pressure in the experimental group was 98.0%,which was higher than that of 78.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.0%,which was lower than that of 17.6%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacist has a significant effect for patients with hypertension,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the medication compliance of patients.It has high drug safety and can be actively promoted and applied in clinical practice.
