摘要
目的 探究慢性肾小球肾炎采用益肾清利活血汤治疗的临床效果。方法 104例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,通过挂号编号的单双数分为对照组和观察组,各52例。两组患者均采用常规方式治疗,在此基础上,对照组使用肾炎康复片联合百令胶囊进行治疗,观察组使用益肾清利活血汤治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、临床指标(血尿素氮、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量)及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的78.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血尿素氮(6.79±1.06)mmol/L、血肌酐(97.58±5.26)μmol/L和24 h尿蛋白定量(0.48±0.42)g/24 h均明显低于对照组的(10.84±1.77)mmol/L、(128.94±5.88)μmol/L、(0.86±0.53)g/24 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论 应用益肾清利活血汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎能够明显提升疗效,更快速改善患者的肾功能,建议临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into control group and observation group by the odd and even number of registration number,with 52 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional methods.On this basis,the control group was treated with Shenyan Kangfu Tablets and Bailing capsules,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes(blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,24 h urinary protein quantification),and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than that of 78.85%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had blood urea nitrogen of(6.79±1.06)mmol/L,blood creatinine of(97.58±5.26)μmol/L and 24 h urinary protein quantification of(0.48±0.42)g/24 h,which were significantly lower than those of(10.84±1.77)mmol/L,(128.94±5.88)μmol/L and(0.86±0.53)g/24 h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The application of Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can significantly improve the efficacy and improve the patients'renal function more quickly,so it is recommended to be clinically recommended.
