液压系统用异步电动机批生产工艺方案技术优化

摘要 我公司生产配套的某车载液压系统用异步电动机在批生产阶段中存在的影响产品性能和成品合格率等因素,经过仔细深入排查分析,制定了解决影响产品质量的改进方案。通过一系列工艺技术优化,解决了批生产阶段电动机定子耐电压试验不合格、温升超标、振动速度超标、空载电流偏大、零部件和成品一次交检合格率低等质量问题。并依照改进后的工艺方案,通过试制样机进行试验验证,认定所采取的措施是可行的,满足了产品批生产的工艺需求。 Our company produces asynchronous motor for on-board hydraulic system in the batch production stage,which affects and product performance rate and other factor.After careful and indepth investigation and analysis,formulated an improvement program to solve the problem of product quality.Through a series of technological optimization,quality problems such as unqualified voltage withstand test of motor stator,excessive temperature rise,excessive vibration speed,excessive load current,low pass rate of first inspection of parts and finished products were solved.According to the improved process plan,through the trial production of the prototype to test and verify,it is confirmed that the measures adopted are feasible and meet the process requirement of the product batch production。
