摘要
随着经济环境的变化和消费者需求的升级,新零售概念的提出引起了传统零售行业的变革。本文通过文献归纳法和案例分析法对生鲜行业的盒马鲜生进行研究,结合SWOT理论对盒马鲜生所处的环境进行分析,运用创新的经济管理方法分析出其目前存在的问题和不足。基于以上分析提出以下创新发展路径:增加服务质量和服务水平;由高成本模式向新的赢利点转化;明确目标客户范围。
As the economic environment changes and consumer needs change,the concept of new retailing has caused changes in the traditional retail industry.In this paper,we study Boxmart in the fresh food industry through literature induction and case study methods,combine SWOT theory to analyze the environment in which Boxmart is located,and use innovative economic management methods to analyze its current problems and shortcomings.Based on the above analysis,the following development paths are proposed:increase service quality and service level;transform from a high-cost model to a new profit point;and clarify the target customer range.
