摘要
本文通过对《当呼吸化为空气》(WhenBreathBecomesAir)进行文本分析,从关注、再现和归属三个方面着手,探索在医患双视角叙事下,作者身体的异己化、人生角色的剥离,以及最后通过疾病叙事所达到的自我疗愈。与此同时,呼唤人文、伦理关怀,促进医患间的共情联系。
In When Breath Becomes Air,a memoir written by Paul Kalanithi who is a well-known American neurosurgeon and writer,illness narrative deserves special attention.Through text analysis,the paper starts from the three aspects of concern,representation and ascription.Then it explores alienation of the author's body,separation of his life roles and self-healing finally achieved through illness narration under the dual perspective narration of doctors and patient.At the same time,it calls for humanistic and ethical care,and promotes empathy between doctors and patients.
