Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing on peri-knee fracture patients with postoperative kinetophobia. Methods Totally 100 patients with postoperative kinetophobia were enrolled as the control group and the study group, the control group(n=50)received conventional continuous nursing in 2019,and the study group(n=50)received multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing in 2020.At months 1,2 and 3 of postoperative, the compliance to functional exercise for orthopedic patient scale,Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia(TSK)and Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score were used to assess rehabilitation effect between the two groups. Results A After intervention, the differences in time effect, intergroup effect and interaction effect of the compliance and HSS score between groups were significant(P<0.05).The differences in the time effect and intergroup effect of TSK score were significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference in the interaction effect of TSK score(P>0.05).Conclusion For FAK patients with postoperative kinetophobia, multidisciplinary cooperative continuous nursing can improve the compliance of functional exercise, reduce their motility level and promote the rehabilitation of joint function.
