摘要
提升大学生创新创业能力不仅是培育应用型人才,增强我国创新实力的重要途径,也是解决新时代背景下大学生就业困难的有效措施之一。该文介绍新时代背景下培养大学生创新创业能力的意义与重要性,并对目前我国高校在培育大学生创新创业能力过程中的课程体系设计、专业教师安排和创新创业氛围营造存在的问题和不足进行分析,依据大学生所处学习阶段的不同,根据大学4个年级不同特点出发,提出培育与提升大学生创新创业能力的路径和对策。以期为进一步发展我国高校大学生创新创业教育提供参考。
Continuously improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is not only an important way to cultivate application-oriented talents and enhance China's innovation ability,but also one of the powerful measures to solve the employment difficulties of college students in the new era.This paper first introduces the significance and importance of cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability in the context of the new era,and analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in the current curriculum system design,professional teacher arrangement,innovation and entrepreneurship division in the process of cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and puts forward the paths and countermeasures for cultivating and improving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability according to the different learning stages of college students.In order to provide a reference for further developing the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in China.
