摘要
近期森林资源调查成果表明,赣州市境内高铁沿线的森林资源存在林分结构不合理、林地产出率低、森林景观单薄和防护功能不强等问题,虽然近几年来利用山水林田湖草保护修复试点、重点区域森林“四化”建设、低质低效林改造等各类项目资金对高铁沿线森林进行了改造,也取得了一定的成效,但从实施情况来看,仍存在部分地块树种选择不合理、资金投入不足、后续抚育不到位等问题。该文对后期高铁沿线森林质量提升工作从加大宣传、分类施策、突出重点、造管并举和强化管理等方面提出基本思路,从细化类型、选择树种、大穴大肥和特殊地段复绿等方面提出技术建议,以期为进一步提高改造提升成效,构建立体式、多功能的高铁沿线景观绿廊式生态屏障提供指引。
