摘要
坚持和完善大统战工作格局是推动新时代统战工作高质量发展的重要保障。高校大统战工作格局的内涵意蕴包含大统战的使命意识、大统战的战略思维、大统战的体制机制、大统战的工作成效等。当前,高校在坚持和完善大统战工作格局方面存在认知不足,思维有待强化、体制机制不健全、整体效能有待提升等。因此,可从坚持政治引领与教育培训相结合,不断增强使命意识;坚持顶层谋划与基层探索相结合,推进全域统战深入开展;坚持目标考核与正向激励相结合,进一步激发整体合力;坚持队伍建设与作用发挥相结合,彰显专业化的人才优势等探索有效构建路径。
Improving the work pattern of United Front Work is essential to the high-quality development of the United Front Work in the new era.The connotation of the United Front Work in colleges and universities includes cultivating the sense of mission,strategic thinking,system and mechanism of the united Front,as well as the work effect of the United Front.At present,there are some problems in the construction of the work the United Front in colleges and universities,such as a lack of cognition,inadequate system and mechanism and inefficiency of the work.Therefore,political guidance and training should be combined to strengthen the sense of mission,top-level planning and community-level exploration should be carried out in doing United Front Work.Meanwhile,target assessment and positive incentive should be combined to stimulate the overall force;The combination of team construction and function fulfilment should be strengthened to further explore the value and effective construction path of the United Front Work.
