摘要
报道了四丁基氢氧化铵([TBA]+OH-)催化芳基乙炔与多聚甲醛在温和条件下的高效加成反应,能以62%~93%的分离产率合成不同芳基炔丙醇,具有很好的底物适用性。该反应无需惰性气体保护,可在空气中反应,操作简单,易于放大生产。使用催化量的[TBA]+OH-可作为双功能催化剂,既可以作为相转移催化剂(PCT),又可以作为碱,可以高效促进端基炔对羰基化合物的加成反应。
This paper reported the efficient addition reaction of substituted phenylacetylene and polyformaldehyde catalyzed by tetrabutylam-monium hydroxide([TBA]+OH-)under the mild conditions.The strategy can generate differnrt aryl propargyl alcohols with 62%~93%isolated yield,which has good substrate applicability.The reaction can proceed under air without inert gas protection,and is easy to operate and enlarge the scales of production.The catalytic amount of[TBA]+OH-can be used as a dual-functional catalyst,both as a phase transfer catalyst(PCT)and as a base,which can effectively promote the addition reaction of terminal alkynes to carbonyl compounds.
