摘要
目的:优化复方党参的水煎提取工艺。方法:以加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、甘草苷、阿魏酸、党参炔苷的层次分析法(AHP)-熵权法综合评分为考察指标,结合响应面法优化复方党参的水煎提取工艺。结果:实验得到复方党参的最佳提取工艺为加水12倍,浸泡90min,煎煮40min,煎煮2次。结论:本研究优化了复方党参的水煎提取工艺,为后续药效和作用机制研究提供基础。
Objective:To optimize the decoction extraction process of compound Codonopsis pilosula.Methods:The water content,soaking time,decocting time and decocting times were taken as the factors,and the AHP-entropy weight method was used as the evaluation index to optimize the decocting extraction process of compound Codonopsis pilosula.Results:The best extraction process of compound Codonopsis pilosula was 12 times of water,90 minutes of immersion,40 minutes of decoction,and twice of decoction.Conclusion:This study optimized the decoction extraction process of compound Codonopsis pilosula,and provided a basis for the follow-up study of drug efficacy and mechanism of action.
