摘要
配电线路自动化开关常因定值设置不当导致变电站出口断路器越级跳闸,造成线路大面积停电。柱上断路器动作后,调度人员需根据电话报修获取的线路状态信息来对线路进行复电操作,该方式复电时间长、效率低下,容易造成经济损失。对于单相接地故障,故障特征不明显,现场主要通过逐条线路拉停方式判断永久性接地故障位置,并需要人工巡线排查故障点。一般而言该类故障的位置较为隐蔽,且巡线范围较大,难以处理。针对此问题,提出一种基于行波定位技术的具有故障隔离与精确定位功能的新型自动化开关,同时解决配电网线路故障的就近隔离和精确定位问题。
Due to the improper setting of the fixed value of the distribution line automation switch,the substation outlet circuit breaker trips,resulting in a large area of power outage.After the breaker on the column is operated,the dispatcher needs to restart the line according to the line status information obtained from the telephone repair report.This mode of power recovery time is long,low efficiency,easy to cause economic losses.For single-phase ground faults,the fault characteristics are not obvious.The permanent ground fault location is determined by pulling and stopping each line on site,and manual inspection is required to locate the fault.Generally speaking,the location of this fault is hidden and the patrol range is large,which is difficult to handle.Aiming at the above problems,a new type of automatic switch with fault isolation and accurate positioning based on traveling wave positioning technology is proposed,which can solve the problems of nearby isolation and accurate positioning of distribution network line accident.
