摘要 焊接作为机械行业的关键工序,一直发挥着关键的作用。母材之间焊接是否牢固取决于焊接形式、焊丝选用和焊接工艺参数控制。大型焊接件在焊接时的姿态调整对焊接的稳定性及强度起着决定性的作用,变位翻转一直是制约焊接工序质量和效率提升的瓶颈问题,设计了一种应用于大型焊接件的焊接变位装置,可以大幅降低生产辅助时间、提高焊接效率,具有较高的实用价值。 Welding,as a key process in the machinery industry,has always played a key role.Whether the welding between base materials is firm depends on the welding form,the selection of welding wires and the control of welding process parameters.The attitude adjustment of large-scale weldments during welding plays an important role in the stability and strength of welding,and the displacement turning has always been a bottleneck problem that restricts the improvement of the quality and efficiency of large-scale welding processes.A welding displacement device designed in this paper for large-scale weldments can greatly reduce the auxiliary production time,improve the welding efficiency,and have high practical value.
