摘要
人类长期过度开发与使用自然资源,极大地破坏了生态系统,生态系统服务功能减弱、生物多样性下降,并且产生大气污染、水污染等问题,严重危害人们赖以生存的生态环境。以牺牲生态环境为代价的经济增长无法真正实现经济的可持续发展,相反会加剧资源短缺问题,提高环境容量的承载能力,给生态环境的可持续发展带来了极大压力。改变传统的生活生产方式,寻求一种人类与自然相互协调的可持续发展方式,可以有效解决人类面临的环境问题。根据我国生态环境可持续发展的现状,阐述了生态环境可持续发展取得的成就,分析了现阶段存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略,为进一步促进经济社会发展、资源环境协调发展提供指导。
Long-term over-exploitation and use of natural resources by human beings had greatly damaged ecosystems,weakened ecosystem services,reduced biodiversity,and caused air and water pollution,seriously endangering the ecological environment that people rely on for survival.Economic growth at the expense of the ecological environment cannot realize the sustainable development of the economy.On the contrary,it will aggravate the shortage of resources,improve the carrying capacity of environmental capacity,and bring great pressure to the sustainable development of the ecological environment.Changing the traditional way of life and production and seeking a way of sustainable development in harmony between human and nature can effectively solve the environmental problems faced by human beings.According to the present condition of the sustainable development of ecological environment,the achievements of the sustainable development of ecological environment were expounded,the existing problems were analyzed,and the corresponding strategies were put forward to provide guidance for further promoting the economic and social development and the coordinated development of resources and environment.
