摘要
科技成果转化水平体现了一个国家科技综合实力。如何破解科技成果转化“最后一公里”问题,推动科技同经济深度融合,加快科技成果向现实生产力转化仍然是当前和今后一时期重要课题,尤其是西部欠发达地区更需要促进科技成果转移转化,推动经济社会高质量发展。本文结合甘肃省白银市科技成果转移转化实际,对白银市科技成果转化、技术转移现状及存在的问题进行分析研究,总结经验做法,提出科技成果转移转化可行性对策,为西部欠发达地区探索打通科技成果转化“最后一公里”,提供经验启示。
The level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements reflects the comprehensive strength of a country's science and technology.How to solve the"last mile"problem of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promote the deep integration of science and technology with the economy,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces is still an important issue at present and in the future,especially in the underdeveloped western regions,it is more necessary to promote the transfer and transformation of technological achievements and promote high-quality economic and social development.In this paper,combined with the actual transfer of scientific and technological achievements in Baiyin City,Gansu Province,the current situation and existing problems of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer in Baiyin City are analyzed and studied,the experience and practices are summarized,and the feasible countermeasures for the transfer and transformation of technological achievements are put forward,so as to provide experience and enlightenment for the western underdeveloped areas to explore the"last mile"of the transformation of technological achievements.
