摘要
焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺作为国内目前甲醇合成工艺中较为成熟的一种工艺路线,主要包括净化工序、压缩工序、合成工序及精馏工序。原料气压缩机作为甲醇合成生产的关键设备,是焦炉煤气的动力来源。在生产实践中,焦炉煤气带液、系统串气等因素直接影响甲醇生产系统的安全性,且生产工艺连续性强,严重时会发生着火、爆炸等重大事故的发生。基于此,对相关工艺及工作原理进行分析,提出存在问题及对应改进措施,以期提高原料气压缩机的安全性能,保障甲醇生产安全管控。
The process of producing methanol from coke oven gas,as a relatively mature methanol synthesis process in China,mainly includes purification process,compression process,synthesis process,and distillation process.The raw material gas compressor,as a key equipment for methanol synthesis production,is the power source of coke oven gas.In production practice,factors such as coke oven gas carrying liquid and system gas leakage directly affect the safety of methanol production systems,and the production process has strong continuity.In severe cases,major accidents such as fires and explosions may occur.Based on this,it analyzes the relevant processes and working principles,proposes existing problems and corresponding improvement measures,in order to improve the safety performance of the raw material gas compressor and ensure the safety control of methanol production.
