摘要
参与或举办大型体育赛事和公共外交等活动,在塑造国家形象、提升国际影响力和提高国际认同感方面有诸多契合之处。运用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国大型体育赛事公共外交的历程、使命进行研究。启示:充分利用大型体育赛事“低政治化”特性,开展全方位公共外交;完善公共外交模式,提升公共外交危机处理能力;加强国际传播能力,增强国际体育事务的话语权和影响力;拓展公共外交渠道,借力国外网络平台,提升民间发声机会;削弱“宣传”色彩,改进传播的技巧和方法,讲好中国体育故事。
There are many similarities between participating in or holding large-scale sports events and public diplomacy in shaping national image,enhancing international influence and enhancing international identity.This paper studies the course and mission of public diplomacy of Chinese major sports events by means of literature and other methods.The implications are as follows:make full use of the“low politicization”characteristics of large-scale sports events to carry out all-round public diplomacy;Improve the mode of public diplomacy and enhance the ability of crisis handling;Strengthen the construction of international communication capacity,improve the voice ability and influence of international sports affairs;Expand public diplomacy channels,make use of foreign online platforms,and enhance the voice of the people;Weaken the“propaganda”color,improve the communication skills and methods,tell the Chinese sports story.
