摘要
围绕制药工程专业硕士校企联合培养,通过重新完善培养方案、增加实验实践课程占比、探索课程教学中的思政设计、加强培养基地建设和聘请校企双导师等方式,构建了较好的专业硕士培养模式。培养的专业硕士具备素质全面、工程实践能力强等特点,达到培养有一定创新能力的应用型高层次工程技术人才的目标,满足国家对专业学位研究生培养的要求。
Centering on the university-enterprise joint training for master’s degree in pharmaceutical engineering,a better training mode for master’s degree was established by perfecting the training scheme,increasing the proportion of experimental and practical courses,exploring the ideological and political design in course teaching,strengthening the construction of training bases and employing both university and enterprise tutors.The professional master students have the characteristics of comprehensive quality and strong engineering practice ability,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-level application-oriented engineering and technical talents with innovation ability,and meet the national requirements for the training of professional graduate students.
