摘要
随着行政事业单位的改革不断深入,财务管理越来越受重视,成为行政事业单位重要的内控手段,预算管理作为财务管理的重中之重也备受关注。实施科学有效的预算管理能够保障行政事业单位的资金合理配置,提升资金利用率,为行政事业单位公共服务职能的优化奠定坚实的基础。基于此,文章对基层行政单位强化预算管理工作的价值进行了阐述,分析了预算管理中的现存问题,并提出了针对性的解决策略,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。
With the deepening of the reform of administrative institutions,financial management is getting more and more attention,has become an important internal control means of administrative institutions,budget management as the top priority of financial management has also attracted much attention.The implementation of scientific and effective budget management can ensure the reasonable allocation of funds of administrative institutions,improve the utilization rate of funds,and lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the public service functions of administrative institutions.Based on this,this paper expounds the value of strengthening budget management of grass-roots ad⁃ministrative units,analyzes the existing problems in budget management,and puts forward targeted solution strategies,in order to provide some reference for relevant practitioners.
