摘要
以长碳链十二烷二酸和芳香族间苯二甲胺为原材料,水为反应溶剂,经成盐和熔融缩聚两步法合成出聚十二二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD12),整个工艺过程不使用有机溶剂,并实现废水零排放,符合绿色化工理念。运用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其分子结构进行表征,热失重法和差示扫描量热法对其热性能进行评估,制备双向拉伸薄膜并测试其力学性能及阻隔性能。实验结果表明,使用绿色工艺合成的尼龙MXD12其性能与常规工艺合成的尼龙MXD12无明显区别,但MXD12树脂材料的断裂伸长率、简支梁缺口冲击强度有较大提高,较MXD6分别提高100倍和136%,吸水率下降近53%,同时具有良好的机械性能和阻隔性能。
Using long carbon chain dodecanoic acid and aromatic m-benzoylamine as raw materials and water as reaction solvent,polydodecanoyl m-phenylene dimethylamine(MXD12)was synthesized by a two-step process of salting and melting polycondensation.The whole process did not use organic solvents and realizes zero waste water discharge,which was in line with the concept of green chemical industry.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen magnetic resonance spectroscopy were used to characterize its molecular structure,and thermal properties were evaluated by thermogravimetric method and differential scanning calorimetry to prepare bidirectional tensile films and test their mechanical properties and barrier properties.The experimental results show that the performance of nylon MXD12 synthesized by green process is not significantly different from that synthesized by conventional process,but the elongation at break and the notched impact strength of simple supported beam of MXD12 resin are greatly improved,which are 100 times and 136%higher than that of MXD6,respectively,and the water absorption rate is reduced by nearly 53%.At the same time,it has good mechanical properties and barrier properties.
